About Wrenbury Dental

Wrenbury Dental opened in 2011 above the old post office with one surgery and a dentist who was tired of quoting prices in whispers. It now runs two practices and looks after about 6,400 patients. Everything it charges is published, every clinician's availability is visible before you ring, and nobody is sold a treatment plan in the chair — plans go home in writing first, always.

How the desk works

Open queries with their reference, state and the next step. Ask about one with its reference and the email it came from, or sign in and see your own.

A ticket is looked up by its ticket number together with the email it belongs to — both, always. A signed-in visitor skips that: the assistant reads their own tickets from their identity and never asks for an address it has already been given.

This is a demonstration

The Zoho connection is on the roadmap, not in production — this page shows the assistant half of it working against seeded records so the experience can be judged before the connector exists. Nothing written here reaches a real system.
