Zoho and this assistant
The same reception desk, on your own site and your own records
This page shows the assistant doing what a dental reception desk needs at 11pm: answering the price question honestly, taking the query as a structured record with the right fields, and reading a signed-in patient's own queries back. On a real practice site that record lands in your practice system.
1. Point the assistant at your site so your price list, membership terms and policy pages become the answers it gives, as published content rather than a re-typed copy. 2. Expose the query book as a small MCP server: a lookup by reference and email, and a read that only ever answers for the signed-in person. 3. Give the query tool an action card so a patient describes the problem once, in a form, rather than being interviewed line by line. 4. Wire the identity hand-off so a signed-in patient is recognised and their own queries answer without them typing an address. 5. Tell the assistant plainly where its limits are — a reception desk answers prices and waiting times, and hands anything clinical straight to a person.
What runs on this page
- The assistant on this page is a live Busymate AI assistant, grounded in this site's own published pages.
- The treatment list, the memberships and the queries come from this demo's own MCP server — real tool calls, not pasted text.
- The page registers its own actions over WebMCP, so an agent can highlight a treatment or open the query form.
- Signing in as the demo patient is a real identity hand-off: the assistant receives a name and an email address it never asked for.
What is seeded rather than connected
- There is no Zoho account behind this page. Nothing raised here becomes a record in Zoho, or in any other practice or support system.
- Wrenbury Dental is an invented practice. The treatments, prices, clinicians, patients and queries are fixtures written for this demo, and none of it is dental advice.
- Queries raised here live in memory until this demo restarts. No appointment is held and nobody is contacted.
